Ayurveda recommends that Herbal coffee. However, people who are used to caffeine-containing coffee have difficulties with the change.

The Classic Ayurveda coffee spice blend was combined according to Ayurvedic knowledge in such a way that the the unfavorable effects of normal coffee are mitigated and the enjoyment of coffee as a result It is much more palatable for the stomach and intestines.

 

Ayurveda Kaffee

Normal coffee beans stimulate digestion and in many people this leads to quick bowel movements.

Coffee contains a highly potent and in high doses poisonous alkaloid called caffeine.

Caffeine stimulates the adrenal glands to produce adrenaline. Breathing and pulse accelerate, blood pressure and alertness are increased, and blood sugar is adversely affected, and ultimately the stomach and intestinal tract is irritated. Coffee tastes bitter and is therefore a representative of the elements air and space. In relation to the three dosha, normal bean coffee increases Vata and Pitta while lowering Kapha.

Anwendung
Add a pinch of coffee spice mixture to your normal coffee and stir. Voilà.
