The mixture made according to Ayurveda recipe Triphala is made in equal proportions from the three fruits Amalaki (Emblica officinalis), Haritaki (Terminalia chebula) and Bibitaki (Terminalia belerica).
Triphala has been used in traditional Ayurveda medicine for centuries in India.
