Product description

Udvarthana is a stimulating, energizing dry massage that offers a strong peeling effect and has a cleansing, smoothing and firming effect on the skin.

Udvartana can be helpful for itching and a tendency to hives. Kapha and Pitta constitutions that do not tolerate sesame oil, for example, can benefit from a light powder massage. The massage causes deep relaxation and balance and supports the release of physical and mental blockages.

Application

In Ayurvedic Udvartana (Udvarthana), hot herbal powder is massaged deeply and lastingly into every part of the body. The powder massage can be carried out exclusively with the herbal powders alone on dry skin, on oiled skin or with a warm paste made of herbal powders and an appropriate herbal oil. At home, you can massage the peeling powder into your skin before you shower. Also good for removing oil from the body.
