Pippali water to purify and support the immune system
Pour 500ml hot water over 3 Pippali sticks or 1/2 teaspoon Pippali powder and let simmer for 5 minutes. Allow to cool slightly, add 1 teaspoon of forest honey and drink in small sips throughout the morning.
An isothermal stainless steel bottle and the Pippali water stays warm all day.
Traditional Pippali milk
Ingredients:
250ml of water
250 ml organic milk (or plant milk)
10 g Pippali ground
rock candy or Ayurveda Zucker Sharkara
Preparation: Mix the ingredients and cook at medium temperature until all the water has evaporated and the liquid has reduced to 250ml. Then pour the decoction through a fine sieve or kitchen paper and sweeten the milk to your own taste.
Allow to cool to body temperature and stir in forest honey. Wonderful!
