Dashamula Churna is widely used in Ayurveda. It consists of the ten roots of various trees and shrubs that grow in India.
Dashamula Churna from natural cultivation is often recommended by doctors and therapists to reduce Vata and the associated complaints. However, it also serves to maintain the balance of Pitta, Vata and Kapha.

Application
The usual dose is 5–10 gr (2-3 teaspoons) 1-2 times a day with warm water or, better still, with honey. (Water temperature not higher than 40 degrees).
Children under the age of five are given 1–2 grams and children between the ages of five and twelve are given 5 g each with honey or warm milk or water.
