Dashamula Churna is widely used in Ayurveda. It consists of the ten roots of various trees and shrubs that grow in India.
Dashamula Churna from natural cultivation is often recommended by doctors and therapists to reduce Vata and the associated complaints. However, it also serves to maintain the balance of Pitta, Vata and Kapha.
More information about Dashamula Churna such as effects and properties can be found at Ayurveda Journal.
