Dashamula Churna Ayurvedic Seasoning is widely used in Ayurveda. It consists of the ten roots of various trees and shrubs that grow in India.
Naturally grown Dashamula Churna is often recommended for reducing Vata and its associated ailments. However, it also serves to maintain the balance of Pitta, Vata and Kapha.

The usual dose is 5–10 gr (2-3 teaspoons) 1-2 times a day with warm water or, better still, with honey. (Water temperature not higher than 40 degrees). Children under the age of five are given 1–2 grams and children between the ages of five and twelve are given 5 g each with honey or warm milk or water.
