Returns and Refunds When Purchasing Online
For online purchases, Swiss law does not provide for a right of withdrawal, unlike the law of the European Union.
Nevertheless, we will refund the purchase price for the following reasons:
- Individual products with Guarantee services which are specially marked
- Returning products with serious defects (Request)
- Food cannot be returned at all
