Ayurveda morning routine

To avert radical changes in body, mind and consciousness is one daily morning routine according to Ayurvedic teaching, healthy and helpful.


Especially from the 3rd decade of life, the daily one helps Morning routine to establish the balance of the constitution.

So the morning routine also regulates a person's biological clock, aids digestion, absorption and assimilation, and creates self-esteem, discipline, peace, happiness and not to be despised longevity.


Most of us fear both life and death. Longevity does not mean that humans do not have to die. But that the body and mind through the regular application of the Ayurvedic morning routine and the use of Ayurvedic productsthat are free from chemical additives, preservatives, or colorings can live longer. The human body is cleaned, cared for and kept free of toxins and pollutants on a daily basis.
Should an imbalance occur, it can be corrected with the help of an Ayurveda doctor and therapist.

in 9 easy steps

1 - Get up early

The time before sunrise is full of harmony and energy, so Ayurveda recommends getting up early in the morning before sunrise. If the situation allows, stroll barefoot through the fresh grass for a few minutes, like a stork. Look up at the sky and thank you for your life in prayer on this glorious earth. Do this if you want 2-3 times a day and your life will change. 

2 - Pray before you get out of bed

Every prayer is answered! Everyone can pray!
"Dear God, you are in me, in my breath, in every bird and every mighty mountain.
Your sweet touch reaches everything and I am well protected. Thank you dear God for this wonderful and unique day that lies ahead of me. May joy, love, peace and compassion be a part of my life and all of those around me on this day. I heal and I am healed. "
This prayer is just an example. You are also welcome to say your own prayer.

3 - Drink 1-2 cups of hot water

Hot water immediately after getting up activates and cleanses the body channels, the so-called srotas, which have become sluggish from sleeping at night.

4 - General cleaning measures

Cleaning your mouth and teeth after stool and urine have been passed. 5 - Abhyanga. The full body oil massage

A morning full body oil massage is an important part of the daily routine. Ayurveda recommends the massage every day as it has a rejuvenating effect and drives away tiredness.
If you get tired of using the oil massage, alternate between using the natural one Ayurveda body lotion.

6 - Nasya or Jala-Neti nose care

7 - Gandhusha oral care

Keeping sesame oil or ghee in the mouth strengthens the jaw and voice, nourishes the cheeks, improves taste and appetite, prevents dryness in the mouth, cracked lips, tooth decay, toothache, sensitive teeth, and generally strengthens teeth. We also introduce Oral care oil for Gandhusa.

8 - Udvartana dry massage

If you want, you can still use a dry massage with various plant powders or chickpea flour to remove excess oil from the body surface. It also improves the blood circulation in the skin, and promotes shine and color of the skin.

9 - Snana - A bath or shower

The final bath or a warm shower is carried out last to cleanse the body. After the previous procedures, the use of soap is no longer necessary. However, mild soap can be used if deemed necessary. We carry a few Ayurvedic soaps and Ayurveda shower gel Releases.


Finally, treat yourself to a healthy breakfast. Eat consciously, spoon by spoon and devote yourself exclusively to your breakfast. No cell phone, no television, no usual discussions and no newspaper - only your breakfast is important. Enjoy and taste what you eat. Take your time for it!
