The Ayurveda Trikatu spice blend is a traditional herbal combination from Indian medicine, consisting of the three main ingredients Piper nigrum (black pepper), Piper longum (long pepper), and Zingiber officinale (ginger). This blend is valued for its supportive properties on digestion (Agni) and the immune system.
The Trikatu spice blend is a valuable addition to your diet, not only supporting digestion and metabolism, but also strengthening the immune system and maintaining respiratory health. Its beneficial properties are the result of the synergistic effect of the three ingredients, which complement each other and offer a variety of health benefits.
Please note that the beneficial effects may vary depending on your individual condition. If you have any health concerns or before taking any supplements or spice blends, please consult your Ayurvedic physician or a nutritionist.

According to Ayurvedic teachings, spring, when the days become longer and brighter, is the ideal moment to open all the floodgates for physical and mental cleansing. With the awakening of spring, letting go becomes easier, and we can detoxify ourselves of the excess fat and other burdens of winter.
A simple Ayurvedic daily ritual for inner cleansing is to incorporate Trikatu with honey into your morning routine to rub away the gray heaviness of winter.
Ayurvedic nutritional theory states that just 1/4 teaspoon of Trikatu mixed with 1 teaspoon of forest honey in the morning ignites the digestive fire, burns undigested metabolic waste (Ama), boosts fat metabolism, and awakens physical and mental vitality. For this reason, Trikatu is recommended in Ayurveda for cases of obesity or pollen allergy, for example.
To do this, mix the Trikatu powder with some warm water and honey to form a paste. After taking it, it's best to rinse it off with some warm water.
