Using silk gloves can reduce cellulite, stimulates the metabolism and circulation, and breaks down Ama. The Ayurvedic Garshan dry massage stimulates the connective tissue and the skin in a unique, very gentle way. Among other things, it helps break down Ama (undigested matter!) and reduces Kapha. The skin becomes particularly receptive to oils and lotions. The Garshan massage is carried out before showering, just like the oil massage. Instructions on how to use and wash the silk gloves are included. One size fits all, unisex.
