Training as an Ayurveda nutritionist
Ayurvedic nutrition is a world full of aromas and sensual taste experiences. At the same time, it is one of the three pillars of Ayurveda, along with manual therapy (massage) and cleansing (Panchakarma), and thus one of the most important methods for maintaining and restoring health. Food and spices serve as medicine, and specific dietary rules promote and stabilize individual health and contribute to the healing of illnesses. The focus is on strengthening the digestive system and detoxifying the entire organism.
The most important principle of a diet in the Ayurvedic sense is that it should always be tailored to the individual, their respective needs and their individual digestive power and living conditions.
