Vacha Churna(Acorus calamus, sweet flag, German ginger, Ugragandha) is a dietary supplement with a bitter and pungent taste and a light and spicy metabolism. According to Ayurvedic teachings, Vacha has a balancing effect on the doshas Vata and Kapha.

Take a quarter scoop twice daily with warm water between meals. A daily intake of 0.60g of herbal powder contains 5.28mg of polyphenols².
