In yoga / Ayurveda, the golden milk (curcuma latte) has been known and appreciated for thousands of years due to its supporting effect in yoga and meditation.

Application

Stir approx. 1 teaspoon (5 g) of the Golden Milk organic drink mix into 200 ml of warm plant-based milk (e.g. rice milk) or organic cow's milk. Using a blender or blender guarantees an even foamier result. If you like, you can add some honey for more sweetness. The original recipe recommends adding a small dash of almond or sesame oil. Best enjoyed golden milk hot. Spices do not dissolve completely. Color and taste may vary, as this is a natural product that is subject to seasonal fluctuations.
