Vata reducing with chyavanprasam
Chyavanprash / Chyavanprasam helps the voice and nourishes all seven dhatus (tissues) as well as the heart and blood and calms the Vata energy and supports the urinary tract.

Rejuvenation thanks to Chyavanprasam
Taken regularly, it rejuvenates people of all ages and makes the elderly young again and the young stronger.
Ayurveda is not just about staying young, healthy and beautiful forever. Ayurveda medicine focuses on detoxifying the body and optimizing mental and physical performance in every phase of life. The resulting concept is called "Rasayana".

Chyavanprasam increases intelligence
The delicious puree improves memory and makes the skin more radiant and keeps the human body healthy - dogs also love Chyavanprasam and can be safely administered because it contains honey and not simple sugar. Chyavanprash extends the life span and strengthens the digestive fire as well as all five senses (Chikitsasthana 1.1, 70-74)

Chyavanprasam is one of the best and most important rasayanas (elixirs of life) in Ayurveda with a very rare combination of positive properties.

As a bedtime treat, lick a teaspoon off the spoon and drink a warm drink (e.g. organic milk (fresh or Demeter) or hot water) with it.

Practically every Ayurveda expert takes Chyavanaprasam or Chyavanaprash every day. It is almost a little "Ayurveda miracle cure".

Chyavanaprasam boosts the immune system and helps treat bladder disorders and promote memory. It has a calming effect on the nervous system, regulates menstruation and increases fertility. Chyavanaprasam slows down the aging process, purifies the blood, eliminates toxins and improves skin tone, fights bacterial skin inflammation and acts as an antidepressant. It promotes the absorption of calcium in the bones and improves muscle tone by increasing protein synthesis!

Legend of Chyavanprash

According to an old legend: Once upon a time there was an old king who married a young woman named Sukanya. She was very unhappy because the king was too old for her. So she turned to a saint named Chyavan. He gave her a rejuvenating agent, which mainly consisted of the amla fruit. She gave this to the king once a day and soon he was again in full possession of his mental and physical strength and they lived happily ever after.

Making Chyavanprash

Most of the herbs in the recipe for Chyavanprash are boiled in water and then the dried extract is mixed with honey. Then the aromatic herbal powders cardamom, cinnamon and cloves are added. The finished product is like a sugar syrup, but with a slightly sour and slightly spicy taste. Hhhmmm ..

Digestion and immune system The amla fruit in Chyavanprash contains 30 times more vitamin C than an orange and helps to strengthen the immune system. Daily intake of Chyavanprash strengthens digestion, improves food intake and balances stomach acids.

Additional advantages An authentic, real Chyavanprash - as you can buy it at Ayurvda Paradies - improves your complexion and fights bacterial infections, especially of the skin. It can also support hair growth and improve the absorption of calcium, thereby strengthening bones and teeth.

Amalaki The Amalaki fruit (Amla, Latin Emblica officinalis, German Indian gooseberry) is the main ingredient after cane sugar (of course no industrial sugar) and honey. According to the ancient Ayurvedic texts, Amalaki supports and renews the tissue and increases the number of red blood cells.

It cleans your mouth, strengthens your teeth and gums, nourishes your bones - Amalaki is the richest source of natural vitamin C and contains all six Ayurvedic flavors - with the exception of salty.

Amalaki contains calcium, phosphorus, iron, carotene, carbohydrates, thiamine and riboflavin. Many scientifically reliable studies have confirmed the strengthening of the immune system and protection against infections by Amalaki.
