Returns and refunds for online purchases

For online purchases, Swiss law does not provide for a right of withdrawal, unlike European Union law.

Nevertheless, we will refund the purchase price for the following reasons:

• Individual products with warranty services which are specially marked
• Return of products with serious deficiencies ( Application )
• Food is completely excluded from return
