For thousands of years Triphala Churna used in Ayurveda as a traditional intestinal tonic. In order to understand the effects of Triphala, the individual forms of energy (Dosha) must be known. Triphala includes Amalaki (emblica officinalis), Haritaki (terminalia chebula) and Bibhitaki (terminalia belerica).

Take 1/2 dosing aid twice a day between meals with warm water. The daily dose contains approx. 2.5 - 3g herbal powder.
