The idea of ​​working for a boss my entire life has never appealed to me. Nevertheless, my journey began in medium-sized and large service and IT companies, first as an employee and then as a middle manager.

Dissatisfaction was my constant companion.

In management positions, I watched myself put off clients and handle far too many orders. I carelessly missed potential. The nights became shorter and shorter, and my body signaled with aches and pains that things couldn't go on like this.

I also noticed that I didn't pay enough attention to my actual wishes and needs.

I felt empty, and my life seemed stuck. The burnout syndrome that soon followed made it abundantly clear to me that I was burned out, empty, and lacking energy.

It was during this time that I first discovered Ayurveda. I gradually discovered a new, blissful world. Ayurveda—the science of longevity—a diet suited to my body and mind, along with a healthy lifestyle, confirmed to me that I was on the right path.

Ayurveda the knowledge of long life

In numerous training courses and seminars, I discovered the deeper perspectives of Ayurveda, as well as energetic healing and spiritual medicine. The spiritual inner work and its transformation of consciousness—who or what I am—has become a new milestone and beacon of life for me.

Today, I am a self-employed entrepreneur and serve people through the Ayurveda paradise, spiritual healing, and spiritual medicine. I also use other means to support people on their journey, such as the various opportunities offered by Ayurveda, spiritual healing, and spiritual medicine, among other new approaches. To balance things out, I enjoy nature and animals, sports, and my friends.
