We charge shipping and packaging costs flat rate as follows:

The shipping prices are including statutory VAT We cannot offer a flat rate for shipping and packaging costs because our selling price and performance ratio compared to competitors are below the market price.
For orders over CHF 120.-, your package will be delivered free of charge with Postpak Economy within 2-3 days.

GREEN, recycled shipping box : We only use recycled packaging (cardboard) for shipping. GREEN, environmentally friendly filling material : The filling material used is environmentally friendly and can be used multiple times. The filling material is made of 99.6% air and 0.4% recycled polystyrene.

damage to a delivery

We do everything we can to ensure that the products you order are carefully packaged and shipped safely. However, in individual cases, a package may arrive damaged. As soon as the package has been handed over to the transport company (Post.ch), the company assumes liability for any damage.

Depositing packages in front of the front door

If you are not home, the post office may leave the parcel in front of your front door. If you do not want the parcel to be left there, you can contact the post office in advance by phone or email (Tel. 0848 888 888, Mailkundendienst@post.ch ). The corresponding changes are then stored in the Post Office system.

We only deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.

guidelines

Please check the package immediately upon delivery and only accept it if it is in perfect condition. If the damaged package is accepted anyway and its contents are subsequently complained about, take the package, including the contents and packaging material, to the nearest post office immediately and file a complaint there. We also ask you to report the damage to us immediately. Ayurveda Paradies can only be prosecuted if it is directly responsible for the damage caused (inadequate packaging). If the damage report from the transport company (Post.ch) identifies Ayurveda Paradies as the cause, the damaged products will be credited to the customer or, by arrangement, delivered again. If the damage is caused by improper handling during transport, the transport company (Post.ch) is liable. The transport company will create a damage report and reimburse Ayurveda Paradies for the damage caused.

Pick up:  The products can also be picked up at 8492 Wila, Friedhofstrasse 16. As soon as the goods are ready, we will send an email with the possible pick-up times. Pick-up is of course free of charge. Please select 'Pick-up' at checkout .
