An old Ayurveda textbook describes that regular oiling of the body with Yogeshwar oil - in the old Vedic texts as well Narayan Thailam called - strengthens muscles and helps people cope better with physical stress.

Like many other Ayurvedic oils, Yogeshwar Ayurveda Oil is said to have a rejuvenating effect. So you feel fresh, relaxed and invigorated after the massage. Incidentally, the quality of sleep also improves and well-being on a physical and mental level is promoted.

Anwendung
