Shatavari (Asparagus racemosus) - is a twisting perennial up to 7 m high plant known under the term wild asparagus in Ayurveda with white fragrant flowers from which red berry fruits develop. With pronounced rhizomes and leaves that thicken like thorns in the lower area. The root and the fresh juice are used in Ayurvedic nutrition.
Application
Take one level measuring spoon daily (divided into 2 servings) after meals. Pour boiling water over it, let it steep for 1 - 2 minutes and drink warm. The daily intake of 3.00g herbal powder contains 8.10mg polyphenols²
