Beschreibung
Ksheerabala (21) Avarthi is an excellent Ayurvedic oil used for neurological problems, muscle pain and various types of arthritis. This oil rejuvenates, nourishes nature and relieves pain. The main ingredients in Ksheerabala oil are Sida cordifolia and cow's milk. The oils have no side effects when used externally. The oil should not be overdosed, as this leads to digestive disorders if it was recommended to be taken according to the recommendation of an Ayurveda doctor. Usually this oil is used for topical application, such as in massages, panchakarma treatments, etc. The oil is indicated for oral use. It is given in a dose of 5 to 10 drops once or twice a day, usually before a meal. The patient is asked to drink a glass of warm water after the oil. All medicines or oils should be taken in consultation with the doctor.

Ayurveda Medizin
