Mother and child during pregnancy and before birth Ayurvedic massage treatments to be supported is mentally and physically strengthening. The expectant mother has to get used to many changes. Posture, weight and especially the hormonal balance change dramatically. In this EMR-recognized further training, we learn specific Ayurvedic massage applications to alleviate complaints during and after pregnancy as well as to relax the mother and the child-to-be.

 

Course costs

Both courses part 1 and 2 together (42 hours) CHF 1,298.
Each part (21 hours) CHF 649.-.

Certification

The seminars follow the guidelines for further training from EMR, ASCA, EGK and VSAMT.

Course location and times

Bern, Bollwerk 21 (3rd floor), directly opposite the main railway station. If there are enough registrations, this is also possible in Zurich by arrangement.
Lesson times: Friday 5:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and Saturday / Sunday 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.

Course objectives

Learning to practice massage applications during pregnancy as well as the special requirements and modes of action of the same. You will acquire a general understanding of the physical and psychological changes during pregnancy.

target group

Midwives, body and massage therapists, generally interested people without therapeutic training, especially fathers-to-be are also welcome!
