The determination of the constitution is one of the most important core points of Ayurvedic medicine and life science.
Every person is unique and has an incomparable profile on the physical and psychological level. The individual constitution (Prakriti) is described on the physical and mental level by the quality and manifestation of the three doshas.
These are called Vata, Pitta and Kapha in detail and represent biological forces that control our organism on a structural and functional level. From an Ayurvedic point of view, our constitution is formed from a unique mixture of Vata, Pitta and Kapha.
In Ayurveda, "being healthy" means being in inner balance with your own constitution. Illnesses arise from the imbalance of physical and mental forces. In this context, health feels a little different for each person. Depending on our constitution, we prefer different lifestyles, climatic conditions or mental challenges.

Application
Take one level measuring spoon daily (divide into 2 servings) between meals. Pour boiling hot water over it, leave to steep briefly and drink warm. The recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. Dietary supplements should not be used as a substitute for a balanced and varied diet and a healthy lifestyle.
