the Ayurvedic nutrition is one of the three pillars of Ayurveda alongside manual therapy (massages) and cleansing (Panchakarma) and thus one of the most important methods for maintaining and restoring health. Food and spices serve as medicine, and special dietary rules promote and stabilize individual health and contribute to the healing of diseases. The focus is on strengthening the digestive power and detoxifying the entire organism.
Course costs (block 1-6 and exam)
The full course fee for 112 contact lessons and a cooking weekend is: CHF 3,020 plus CHF 50 material costs for the cooking weekend. The examination fee is CHF 180 and is billed separately.
Course costs per block (1-3 without exam)
It is possible to book only blocks 1-3 + the cooking course. The costs are CHF 1,760 plus CHF 50 material costs for the cooking weekend.
