We charge Delivery costs generally as follows:

The shipping prices are understood incl. statutory VAT. We cannot offer a flat rate for shipping and packaging costs, since our sales price and the performance ratio compared to our competitors are below the market price.
You will receive your parcel for orders over CHF 120 free of charge with Postpak Economy within 2-3 days.
GREEN, recycled shipping box: We only use recycled packaging (cardboard) for shipping. GREEN, environmentally friendly filling material: The filling material used is environmentally friendly and can be used several times. The filling material is made from 99.6% air and 0.4% recycled polystyrene.

damage to a delivery
We do everything we can to ensure that the products you order are carefully packaged and shipped safely. Nevertheless, it can happen in individual cases that a package arrives damaged. As soon as the package has been handed over to the transport company (Post.ch), they assume liability for any damage.
Deposit of parcels in front of the front door
If you are absent, the post office may deposit the package in front of your door. If you do not want it deposited, you can contact Swiss Post in advance by telephone or e-mail (Tel. 0848 888 888, e-mail email@example.com). The corresponding changes are then stored in the Swiss Post system.
We only deliver to Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
guidelinesPlease check w.m. the package immediately upon delivery and only accept it if it is in perfect condition. If the damaged package was nevertheless accepted and a complaint is subsequently made about its contents, take the package, including its contents and packaging material, to the nearest post office immediately and file a complaint there. We also ask you to report the damage to us immediately. The Ayurveda Paradise can only be prosecuted if it is directly responsible for the damage caused (inadequate packaging). If the damage report of the transport company (Post.ch) recognizes the Ayurveda Paradise as the culprit, the damaged products will be credited to the customer or sent again in consultation. If the damage is caused by improper handling during transport, the transport company (Post.ch) is liable. The transport company draws up a damage report and compensates the Ayurveda Paradise for the damage incurred.
collection The products can also be picked up in 8492 Wila, Friedhofstrasse 16. As soon as the goods are ready, we will send an email with the possible pick-up times. Collection is of course free of charge. Please select 'Collection' at checkout.
